As an independent adviser to Chronos, Pins provides technical support to Chronos’ human rights programmes, and brings a human rights lens to its wider work on sustainability issues including biodiversity & nature and climate change.

 
 

 

Pins is a global authority on human rights with an extensive background in corporate responsibility and supply chain ethics.

During her 25-year career she has held a variety of roles across international geographies and sectors with an enduring focus on improving labour conditions in business operations and supply chains.

Most recently, Pins was Director of Human rights at the world’s largest B-Corp, cosmetics giant Natura &Co (owners of Avon, The Body Shop and Natura) where she spearheaded the firm’s human rights policy and strategy.

In October 2023 she became Chair of the UK-based Food Network for Ethical Trade, a network of major food retailers and suppliers addressing social challenges in the food industry.
