Michal is an accomplished data and evidence-based research specialist and is widely recognised for her academic career at the London School of Economics (LSE), where as a member of the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment, she was a Policy Fellow and head of data products.

Michal led the development of Climate Change Laws of the World, the most comprehensive knowledge resource on climate change legislation and Michal founded Climate Policy Radar, a ground-breaking project to map and analyse the global climate policy landscape through digital technology and artificial intelligence.

Michal is currently visiting Policy Fellow at LSE and principle advisor to the Transition Pathway Initiative and Climate Action 100+.
