With experience in economic analysis and research for government, NGO and private sector clients, Steve has a deep understanding of supply chains and supply chain data and of free trade agreements and WTO agreements. He has undertaken numerous policy impact assessments in these sectors and is an authority on the development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of capacity-building programmes for food and farming.
